IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Unfortunately, our current return-shipping carrier is no longer offering the "Smart Label Return" shipping option. Although we're actively working to find a replacement service, until further notice, please visit your local Post Office, FedEx or UPS location to ship your packages back to us using the appropriate address below. We're truly sorry for any inconvenience.

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return unworn, unaltered items with tags attached in original packaging, as per the guidelines below.

Holiday Return Policy: Wigs purchased 11/15/24 – 12/25/24 can be returned or exchanged through 1/25/25. All returns must be in pristine condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Note: Select Brand items & Wig Accessories—such as wig liners, foam heads, and color rings—are excluded from the Holiday Return Policy.

Returns:

All Paula Young® and Especially Yours® wigs must be returned within 45 days from the original ship date. All Select Brands must be returned within 21 days from the original ship date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Exchanges:

Paula Young® and Especially Yours® wigs must be exchanged within 45 days from the original ship date. All Select Brands must be exchanged within 21 daysfrom the original ship date. All exchanges require an Authorization Number Failure to provide an Authorization Number, will result in a 20% restocking fee. All exchanged items will be shipped back to you free of charge, minus expedited shipping fees.

To complete an exchange:

  1. Fill out the online Exchange Authorization Form. If the exchange request is accepted, you will be contacted via email with an Exchange Authorization Number
  2. Write the provided Exchange Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of your package AND on the Exchange/Return Form
  3. Ship your exchange back to us.

Restrictions:
  • All wig returns will be inspected.
  • Those not in pristine condition or without original packaging (including hair nets, all tags, and inserts) WILL NOT be processed for an exchange or refund.
  • Discount/Special Offer items will have refunds adjusted accordingly.
  • Wig accessories, such as wig liners, foam heads, and color rings, cannot be exchanged or returned. Clearance Items may be returned within 21 days* (with hangtags attached) for exchange or merchandise credit only. Merchandise credits are redeemable by phone only at 1-800-689-2587 Clearance wigs returned after 21 days* will also incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items shipped to Canada and internationally are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
  • Any returned items originally shipped to Canada or internationally WILL NOT be processed for an exchange or refund.
  • Items returned after the specified time frames WILL NOT be processed for an exchange or refund.

Please Note:

Customers who don't accept delivery of their order will incur a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges and refunds are normally processed within 5 business days of receipt. Check refunds may take up to 21 days to process. Qualified refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Merchandise credits are redeemable by phone only at 1-800-689-2587. Please keep all shipping receipts and tracking information.

Select Brand Exchanges & Returns

Select Brand wigs may be exchanged or returned within 21 days* and will be shipped back to you free of charge, excluding rush service charges.

Wigs exchanged within the time frame outlined above will be shipped back to you free of charge, excluding rush service charges. All exchanges must be accompanied by an Exchange Authorization Number. Failure to supply the Exchange Authorization Number will incur a 20% restocking fee.


To complete an exchange:

  1. Fill out the online Exchange Authorization Form. If the exchange request is accepted, you will be contacted via email with an Exchange Authorization Number.
  2. Write the provided Exchange Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of your package and on the Merchandise Exchange/Return Form.
  3. Ship your exchange back to us.
